Risk Disclosure
Introduction
This Risk Disclosure Statement (“Disclosure”) is provided to ensure that all users of SimpliProp Learning Solutions - FZCO (“SimpliProp,” “we,” “us,” “our”) fully understand the nature of the services offered and the inherent risks associated with simulated proprietary trading challenges.
By accessing and using our services, you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the risks set forth below.
Educational Nature of Services
2.1 SimpliProp offers educational prop trading simulations designed to help Users develop discipline, risk management, and technical understanding in trading. All simulations are conducted using demo environments that mimic real market conditions, but no real capital is traded on live markets.
2.2 SimpliProp is not a financial services provider and does not engage in investment management, portfolio handling, brokerage, or any regulated financial activity.
Risks Associated with Simulated Trading
3.1 Psychological and Emotional Risk: Even in a simulated environment, Users may experience emotional reactions similar to those in real trading, including anxiety, frustration, overconfidence, or impulsive behavior. These reactions can negatively impact decision-making.
3.2 Misinterpretation of Performance: Profits achieved in a simulated environment may not accurately reflect future performance in live trading. Simulated trading lacks real financial exposure, slippage, and execution delays that can occur in real markets.
3.3 Overconfidence: Successful challenge performance can lead to unrealistic confidence. Users must understand that educational success is not a guarantee of real-world profitability.
3.4 Cognitive Biases: Traders may develop harmful habits based on simulated success, such as excessive risk-taking or poor strategy validation.
