Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by SimpliProp Learning Solutions - FZCO (“SimpliProp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered under the jurisdiction of the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), United Arab Emirates.

1.2 By accessing or using our website [www.simpliprop.com] (“Website”) and purchasing or participating in our prop trading challenges (“Services”), you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1.3 SimpliProp operates strictly as an educational and simulated proprietary trading service. We do not provide financial advice, investment services, or guarantee any trading profits.

​Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Services. If, during the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification process, we determine that you are underage, we will terminate your account and refund any eligible amounts.

2.2 Users from the following restricted jurisdictions are prohibited from accessing or using our Services: North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Myanmar (Burma), and the Crimea region of Ukraine.

​Account Registration and Use

3.1 Each User is entitled to one (1) active account. Multiple challenge purchases are allowed up to a cumulative challenge balance of USD 500,000.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. Any unauthorized use must be reported to SimpliProp immediately.

3.3 Purchases of challenges and account resets are subject to the terms outlined in Section 5 and Section 8.

​Challenge Terms and Trading Rules

4.1 Our challenges consist of a single phase, wherein Users must achieve the following:

• Profit target: 10% of challenge balance

• Time Period: Five (5) trading days

• Maximum daily drawdown: 5%

• Maximum total drawdown: 10%

4.2 Failure to meet these targets or breaching drawdown limits results in challenge failure and forfeiture of that challenge. Users may purchase additional challenges subject to the cumulative limit.

4.3 Withdrawals eligibility only after meeting the trading goals and maintaining profitability, subject to the following withdrawal schedule:

• Amounts up to USD 500: daily withdrawals

• Amounts between USD 501 and USD 5,000: biweekly withdrawals

• Amounts exceeding USD 5,000: monthly withdrawals at month-end

4.4 Users must have traded at least three (3) days and wait fourteen (14) days following their first trade before withdrawal eligibility.

4.5 For funded accounts, there is only one main rule: a maximum drawdown limit of 20%.

If your account reaches or exceeds a 20% loss from the initial balance, the account will be closed. You will need to restart the process from the beginning by going through the challenge(s) again.

As an educational company, our goal is to help clients develop responsible trading habits and protect them from excessive losses.

​Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

5.1 Refund requests are permitted only if the User has not placed any trades within thirty (30) days of purchasing a challenge.

5.2 Users may cancel and withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of placing an order without providing a reason, provided no trades have been placed in that period. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@simpliprop.com.

5.3 Once a trade has been placed or a challenge has failed, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

5.4 All refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

5.5 SimpliProp strictly prohibits chargebacks and reserves the right to terminate accounts where chargebacks are attempted.

​Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by SimpliProp through the Website and Services remain our exclusive property.

6.2 Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content without prior written consent.

​User Conduct and Responsibilities

7.1 Users agree to conduct themselves professionally and ethically while using the Services.

7.2 Any fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.

7.3 Users bear full responsibility for providing accurate KYC documents within one (1) week after successful completion of a challenge.

​Termination and Suspension

8.1 SimpliProp may terminate or suspend a User’s access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon providing notice via email.

8.2 Users may request termination by submitting a written request to info@simpliprop.com.

8.3 Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

8.4 You agree not to use any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), proxy services, anonymizers, or any other technologies or methods designed to mask, alter, or obfuscate your identity, location, or IP address in an attempt to manipulate, bypass, or exploit any part of our system, rules, or evaluation processes.

Any such activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected misuse and may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account without prior notice, and void any progress, or profits associated with such activity.

8.5 Prohibited Trading Strategies and Automation Tools:

• Expert Advisors (EAs) or AI-based trading bots

• High-Frequency Trading (HFT) systems

• Copy trading or mirroring strategies

• Martingale, grid, or similar high-risk strategies

• Use of delayed data feeds, price manipulation techniques (e.g., trading on medium prices or latency arbitrage)

These methods are not permitted because they go against the purpose of our educational program.

If we find that any of these tools or strategies are being used, we may suspend or terminate your account.

​Risk Acknowledgment

9.1 SimpliProp’s Services are strictly educational and simulated. Users acknowledge that trading involves inherent risks, including financial loss and emotional distress.

9.2 SimpliProp does not provide investment advice or guarantees of profit or success.

9.3 Users assume full responsibility for their trading decisions and outcomes.

​Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 We collect personal information necessary for challenge purchases, account management, and KYC verification, including name, email, phone number, proof of residence, and proof of identity.

10.2 Data is used internally by SimpliProp and handled in compliance with applicable laws.

10.3 Users may request access to or deletion of their data by emailing info@simpliprop.com.

​Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any complaints should be directed to info@simpliprop.com.

11.2 If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) for arbitration.

​Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

12.1 SimpliProp is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

12.2 The Website and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

​Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the IFZA jurisdiction.

13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of IFZA authorities.

​Amendments

14.1 SimpliProp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

14.2 Users will be notified of material changes via email or Website notice.
